Easy to take supplement
I got this Meno Botanicals Supplement for my wife to complement other supplements that she is taking. She was particularly keen to try this product for the Ashwagandha and Sage ingredients. The product contains a 30-day supply, which seems to be a fairly standard dose of this type of product. It comes in capsule form and they are easy enough to take with a little water. My wife has experienced no side effects after taking these so hopeful that they will help longer term. She will continue to take other supplements too, especially more vitamin-centric supplements.

better suited for those who are experiencing mild symptoms and prefer gentle, holistic support
Rather than focusing on classic menopause symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, or osteoporosis, this supplement appears better suited for supporting overall well-being. As such, it may appeal to those in perimenopause or early menopause who are not experiencing severe symptoms and prefer gentle, holistic support. The formula has a less conventional blend for a menopause supplement. For instance, it includes Ashwagandha Root Extract, which I previously took as a separate supplement. Its inclusion here is convenient, allowing me to consolidate into one product. However, traditional ingredients like Black Cohosh and Red Clover—helpful for managing hot flushes—are absent, meaning I still need to take them separately. This omission will only matter to those who, like me, require support for symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, or night sweats.Additionally, the formula lacks Vitamin D and calcium for bone health, which some women may find essential during menopause. The capsules are easy to swallow, with a smooth outer shell that doesn’t become sticky. They glide down easily with a glass of water, even without food. The powder inside is finely ground and free-flowing, with no clumps or specks. It has a neutral aroma and leaves no lingering aftertaste. After two weeks of daily use, I experienced no gastrointestinal discomfort—such as nausea or diarrhoea—nor any allergic reactions or digestive upset. All in all, while the supplement may not address specific menopause symptoms like hot flushes or bone health, it provides valuable support for stress, mood, and energy.

Expensive but do seem to help.
My sister has recently started using wellness capsules, and after trying them, I've gathered some of her observations about their effectiveness and overall quality. This is her opinion :These capsules come in convenient blister packaging, which simplifies the process of taking them on-the-go or storing them in your cabinet. One notable feature of these capsules is their size. While they are larger than standard vitamins, they are soft-coated, making them surprisingly easy to swallow. This is a significant advantage for those who may struggle with bulky pills, as there is no discernible taste to contend with, thus making the experience much more pleasant. In comparing these capsules to my usual brand, I've noticed that they offer a higher concentration of key ingredients—specifically, soya and ashwagandha. Both of these ingredients are well-known for their potential benefits in promoting energy levels and supporting stress management, making them particularly appealing for anyone looking to maintain an even keel throughout the day. Additionally, the capsules are fortified with high amounts of B vitamins, which are crucial for energy metabolism and overall vitality. However, it is worth mentioning that these capsules do not contain a comprehensive range of vitamins. Therefore, I would recommend taking a standard multivitamin alongside them to ensure you're receiving all necessary nutrients for optimum health. This combination could be especially beneficial for anyone looking to bolster their wellness routine or support hormonal balance, something my sister is particularly focused on as she navigates the early stages of deciding whether to use hormone replacement therapy (HRT).While the quality of this product is undoubtedly excellent, it does come with a higher price tag. This cost may deter some consumers, but for those willing to invest in their health and wellness, these capsules could be worth a try—especially if you're aiming to stave off the need for HRT in the early stages of hormonal changes. In summary, my sister's experience with these wellness capsules has been positive. The easy-to-swallow design, combined with the effective blend of soya, ashwagandha, and B vitamins, makes them a solid addition to a health regimen. However, keep in mind the need for additional vitamins and the higher price point when considering this product.

A decent supplement
This is a decent all round supplement for women starting or going through menopause. It has a nice selection of ingredients in them. Although note you aren’t supposed to take sage if you are taking HRT so check on ingredients if you start HRT. I find ashwaganda quite helpful and take it everyday and B vitamins are very important too. Worth a try if you are not on HRT which I have now started so I cannot take this any longer.

Great stuff
This is just the kind of thing I was looking for - a little pricey, but when it comes to the menopause, you can't be too frugal; this does seem to help a little, I have a bit more energy which I can only put down to this supplement. Very nice.

Meno Botanicals Menopause Supplement - Perimenopause, Menopause and Post Menopause Vitamins and Botanicals for Women. Contains Ashwagandha, Sage, SOYA Isoflavones and Essential B Vits - 30 Day Supply - £21.21A good sized pack with 30 capsules. The recommended dose is one a day so its a months supply.
