Claire Bowman Pearl White Cake Lace 200g for making Edible Lace - for use with Lace Mats for Cake and Cupcake Decorations

Having never used this before I wasn't sure how I would get on with it. Purchased it along with a silicon mould and have to say that after a few try's I found it real fun and easy to use.

This stuff awful. I had previously used the White lace mix from Claire Bowman and had excellent results. However having tried a few attempts with this pre-made mix, it's terrible. It just never seems to dry. I have left the silicone mat in the oven for at least twice as long as it said it should be in, and it only dried along the outer edges of the mat.My oven is also a brand new Range oven, so I can't blame that.
