Stayed on well, seem durable
My Beagle/Basset took to these pretty easily. He flops his feet a bit but he didn't try to pull them off, lick them, etc. His feet are 2.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches long from the base of his pad to the tip of his claws. We got a medium and they fit pretty well. The two straps work well to keep them on. A little of the deeper snow got in around the top but he didn't cry out from the cold the way he did without them. In terms of size, we had to tug a little to get these on. If your dogs paws are 2 3/4, i would definitely go for the next size. These pinch open and have a pad on the back side which makes it easier to get on (I think) then ones that dont have these. It allows you to form an O which helps get a lot of the paw in before you have to pull a bit. For his back legs, I had to lie him down to get them on, but his front legs went on while he was standing. These are still a little slippery on wood floors but they do have a little traction to them so it depends how much your dog slips. If you have highly polished wood floors, these would probably give some help to slipping but not a ton. They seem pretty durable though we've only had them a week. He has walked through snow and ice and they still look brand new. He is still slipping on the ice, but he's not very steady on his feet to begin with. That said, it doesnt' seem to phase him at all to fall over. This is much better than the crying in pain and he doesn't seem to mind them at all.

Great boots
My senior dog has a condition where she drags her feet and the top of her paws get hurt. I always get soft boots for protection because hard soles make her trip. Normally they don’t last long because it just cloth on top, but these have the same tough fabric on the soles wrapped up to the front. They last longer without tripping her. And the best part is there are squishy foam support in the ankles so the belts aren’t cutting into her wrists. It’s a function I didn’t know we needed. My one advice is that if you’re in between sizes is to size up. They’re pretty snug, which is good. Her paws are one with the shoes. Best boots around for dogs with the same issues as us. But if your pup is very active and healthy I don’t think these will last long. You should opt for a rubber sole boot. Please keep selling these. They give my girl the freedom to walk on pavement again.

Almost perfect but hard to put on
These are nearly the perfect dog boots if it weren't for one glaring flaw in the design: they are weirdly flat (think oven mitts) which makes them difficult to put on.They're made of very stiff material which would be a plus if they were designed better since it's a great alternative to harder soles while being much more durable than socks. But stiff + flat means you can barely force the shoes open into a vaguely round shape, making them narrower. There are also two firm foam pads on the upper inside which gives you even less space to maneuver the paws in.My dog has Degenerative Myelopathy and she just needs paw protection from dragging her hind legs so I don't know how comfortable they would be to walk in.On the plus side, I love the dual straps and once you manage to get them on, they stay on much better than any other boots I've tried. I just wish they had either made them roomier or made the material more pliant. Knowing what I know now, I would size up but that may mean they wouldn't stay on as well so who knows.P.S. If you have a DM dog that knuckles/drags and you plan to walk on pavement a lot, the hard protective coating on the toes will wear down pretty fast. I've experimented with layers & layers of Shoe Goo but IME it wasn't worth the time and odor and ended up just putting duct tape on the toes and reapplying as necessary, Ugly but the easiest solution.

Disappointed
I bought these because my 70# 14 yo pitbull has a nail disorder and trouble on slick floors (rear) and the grass is painful. Can't tell you how many pairs of boots I've bought over that years. Measured feet. Ordered L. There was no way her paws were going to fit. Sent back and ordered XL. Well crap these are huge. I've used them on back paws a couple of times. She did ok but you can tell they move around too much. And then there is the DEWCLAW issue and that had been and issue on every pair of boots I've bought. My dog has a nail disorder that caused ALL of her nail to come off over about a 4-6 month period. She has dewclaws on front paws and the straps used to tighten any of the boots makes it painfully to put on front paws.Otherwise I liked how they are made and they do stay on until you remove them.Someone needs to come up with a boot that has painfull paws in mind and extra traction. These boots really don't provide a lot of slip resistance. These are just my thought with my dog. If you can get the right size for your dog and you aren't using for pain or slipping this is your boot.

Excelentes!
Me han sido de gran utilidad, tengo una perrita con problemas en la columna y loz zapatos le permiten hacer paseos sin lastimarse los cojinetes ni las uñas de las patas, puedo decir que las recomiendo.

Great for large dogs!
It took so long to find a shoe that fit my mastiff, but I finally did! Very happy to find something intended for larger dogs as this is always a struggle. Bought these in hopes to stop her environmental allergy exposure and so far have no complaints. They stay on very well!

Fits as promised and Durable
Perfect for a downtown dog who has to trudge through salt and slush. Durable rubberized bottoms and comfortable fit. Follow the measuring chart. Our mid-sized labradoodle wears a size small and it fit properly (small paws and skinny legs). And he had no trouble walking around in them with the first wear. They may seem expensive but they don't seem to come off and don't tear through after only a few walks. Also relatively easy to get on with a little practice. Bonus - gives an older dog traction on polished floors.

Good boots, inaccurate sizing
WAY bigger than described and I measured to make sure. Extremely disappointing...have already sent them back.

Good choice for your small dog
Fit well and stay on better then other we tried on my 8 pound Morkie; a bit stiff but that should improve with use.
