I highly recommend!
This set of bands rocked my world. I didn’t have much faith in them before buying but aftertrying them out, I was mind blown. The kind of exercises you can do are so much different thanwith weights, the progressive force really changes the way your muscles react. They are quitewell made also, they feel smooth to touch and I don’t think they can break too easily.

These are just fantastic! I can’t believe how efficient a little piece of equipment like this can be. I use the thin ones for warm up and stretching and the thicker ones during my workout. The nice thing is that you can do lots of exercises with them and the internet is full of videos you can use for inspiration.
