So far it’s going great. Set up has been really easy super fast. Nice packaging with a great card to scan QR code for warranty the computer is very sleek and nice very impressed so far with it and the shipping was very thought out and care was taken in the packaging very professional.

So far so good! Its a gift for my son ..the screen is Bright and the Laptop looks very nice...its not super fast but it also isnt slow

Got it and it will not stay hooked to wifi. Have sent two emails asking for support and no response. It had all the hardware I need and when connected was fast, but will only stay connected for a few minutes. Will reconnect if I go into Device Manager and Network adaptors then disable and enable. Checked and says it has the most current driver. Will have to go through the trouble return.

I love it. It's so cute when technology greets you. I turn on the laptop and it said hello. Idk why I find that cute. Anyway....it's fabuloous~🎶!Firstly, the packaging omg. Very well thought-out and organized. It's so cute when little things come in little envelopes. It was either the directions or the "Activate one year warranty" paper or both that was in there.I don't have much to say about the pc except it's easy to use. It's better than the previous computers that I've tried and had to return. I love this computer very much. I hope it lasts long and I hope the charger doesn't fail me. If it does, I hope it'll be within a year.One gripe is that I have to charge a lot of times bc the battery doesn't last too long. Why did my school Chromebook last longer than this pc. That Chromebook went through battle and the battery always last long lol. Like 10+ hours I swear. I presume because more things are running cuz it's a pc after all but it's inconvenient when the battery goes down quickly. From 100% to 0% it's like 2-3 hours. And when it hits 10% it goes down to zero in like 4 minutes. If you go out, definitely bring the charger with you.[I made a video of the pc but the file is too large.]

So far so good. It's slim and lightweight, which is exactly what I needed. The speed is good, startup speed is great. No issues as of now

I just got the laptop and it's easy to setup and the fingerprint ID is great too. It's fast and the screen is great. I'm using it for really basic stuff but it's speed helps me get things done fast. We'll see how it holds up. I tried to get windows updates and for some reason it would not download the updates, So I had to return it. The price was great on this computer but not worth the time spend trying to get windows updates. FYI, I purchase another inexpensive laptop and it worked including all the latest update.
