Lost count on how many UTG rings I've purchased
Of all the scopes I have, UTG is the predominant rings I use as they are stout and do not strip out like the cheaper versions. They send replacement screws and I usually use them on the cheaper rings that strip out. No more cheaper rings, not worth the headache and these are priced great.

Good quality
Item was a great price and arrived quickly. Typical UTG quality scope rings more than up to task on a pcp rifle. You could pay more for something else but I would doubt you would ever see an advantage.

Great Product
UTG is known for providing good quality products at unbelievable prices. Their Max Strength Rigns are no exception. I and my friends and family have 12 sets that we either purchased or they came with a UTG scope (the Bugbuster). I have experienced two failures of the locking plates when I attempted to torque them to 35 inch pounds as the instructions state. The plates cracked down the length well before 35 inch pounds. I suspect the aluminum used on that batch was bad, not as hard. I simply returned them to Amazon and ordered a new set. No fuss no hassle and no return shipping cost. One can not ask for more. No product is perfect, and these rings have for the most part performed well. I usually purchase the 6 screw model, but both are decent. For most applications, these will meet and exceed your expectations. If you are building a very high quaility rifle, I would recommend Burris Extreme Tactical rings, otherwise save a pile of money and buy these rings.

good inexpensive rings
what a great way to mount a scope on a budget. these rings are solid, and convenient if you want to change your scope over to another rifle without much hassle. I had read that these are cast, not forged which is why they are cheaper, which doesn't bother me in the least. I probably would look for something better (forged) if mounting a big heavy long range scope on an ultra magnum rifle (even that may be ok, since these are rather beefy, I just haven't tested that combo), but for your average AR15 or even 308 these are fine. they are heavier than the aluminum options out there so if you are putting together a super light weight rig then you might consider something else. an extra ounce or two doesn't bother me anyway since these are just on a range toy. had them for several range sessions on a 6.8 spc AR style rifle, and an AR10, and have had no problems thus far. highly recomended

Best cheap rings out there.
I've been using UTG pro rings on my low budget builds and airguns for years. Both these thumb screw versions and the ones with QD levers. Both are sturdy and very well made for the money. Return to zero is also good with them. These rings sit taller than most other brands. In fact UTG low is taller than most other companies' mediums, so take that into consideration when buying them.

Great Rings
Great rings. They are strong, light weight and do not require lapping. If you try to lap them you will ruin them. They use a rubberized nylon liner on the inside of the rings. I have them on 6 of my rifles. In my opinion they are better then the more expensive brands. If you are new to buying rings here is some advice. Find the brand you like and stick to it. I have found that ring heights very. A medium in one company is not the same as a medium in another.
