If you are using these as a supplement to your law school's UCC Article 2 (Sale of Goods) studies or for your bar exam review, make sure you buy one of the older editions.The older editions contain the unamended code which every state still uses. Do not buy the newest 2009 edition with the amended code. Not one single state uses the amended version. You'll thank me later.

The flash cards were brand new; had not even been taken out of the wrapper. They made it just in time to prep for finals!

I'm tired of the silly names used in these cards, but otherwise, these are worth the money (if you buy them used, that is).

These flash cards are extremely useful for going through the in and out of the UCC. Also includes some limited international sales principles as well. Lots of hypos and covers the landscape of the material well. Expensive but worth it.
