Like many people my age I have a lot of CDs purchased over the years, but with all my music now digitized I was faced with a dilemma: what do I do with all these CDs taking up space in my home? Two media towers of CDs taking up space in my home, to be exact. After some research on the internet, I decided that placing all the CDs in binders would be the best way to reduce the storage space they were taking up, and that these Bellagio-Italia storage binder sets would be the best-looking option. I was actually surprised that there aren't more options, as it seems that Bellagio are the only company making binder type CD/DVD storage. It's a good thing, then, that Bellagio makes a fine product. They look good (but there is no way they are actually made of leather--just a nice-looking pleather), are sturdy, and can hold a good number of CDs. I had around 670 CDs and fit them into 11 binders. Where once there were two media towers making it impossible to fully open the door to the bedroom, there is now a shelf of classy looking "books". The plastic inserts seem to be very sturdy and I was able to fit a CD and the booklet in each pocket. I managed to fit 15 pages in each binder; any more makes the binders kind of unwieldy and unable to stand solidly on the shelf. Perhaps, if you are dispensing with the booklets, you may be able to fit more inserts into each binder. I purchased 18 binders (a set of 12 and a set of 6), along with twelve 8 packs of insert pages, which was way too many. This was due to my poor math skills (My 9th grade Algebra teacher was right, bad math will affect my future endeavors!), but now I have 6 binders and a ton of insert pages to do the same thing with my DVDs, so it was kind of a blessing in disguise.

These house my tv shows with 6 or more seasons. They hold the disks easily without the possibility of them slipping out and they look great on my bookshelf! The rings are easy to open to add or remove pages. The paper label on the outside is difficult to remove but easy to replace after writing on it. I will be buying more in the future as I collect more of my favorite shows.

I use these binders for nothing but disks; that is, no liner notes, no album covers, just disks. Each binder holds plastic pages with pockets that hold 4 disks, 2 on each side. I have about 80 disks per binder. You can easily put in 15 full pages for a total of 70 disks, but I also managed to fit 2 disks in a single pocket at times, making the total about 80 disks in 15 pages per binder. Some people won't want to do that because of potential scratching, of course. I found that 3 binders with one set of refill pages was the perfect amount to fill them all nicely without bulging. Because it's a ringed notebook, it's easy to insert more pages for organization. It works just like a 3-ring notebook. Alphabetizing was really easy, and the flaps on the pockets over the disks helps keep dust off. There is enough room at the top of the pocket so you can take the disk out without touching the surface, although it is more difficult to pull it out by the edges.The notebooks are durable but there was some cheapness of quality that I wasn't pleased with. There are some metal frame-shaped bits on the spine for adding labels to the notebooks, and while they have the appearance of being bolted on, they are just glued on. Two of these were loose on one corner when I received them. One had some of the cardboard label stuck inside it and would not come out for anything, so it's a very sloppy look to have a ripped bit of paper stuck on the spine. Also, the raised parts of the spine were rubbed bare from shipping. From a distance, these look great, but up close you notice the flaws and they do look a little sloppy.I would have preferred a plainer spine, something flat like a 3-ring notebook, but this was the best buy for the type of storage I could find, and I'm ultimately glad I got these. As I have to store these on a top shelf, the last thing I wanted was a heavy storage system, and these are compact and light enough for me to get on and off a high shelf easily.

This helps me put all kinds of disc's I have in this binder and have more room shelf. I love that it looks like a book. I have 2 grey ones, so three in total. One for my horror collection, one for nonhorror, and one for music and games.If you want more room on your shelves, than get this. Money well spent.

The reviews helped me decide to order this storage album. I nee3d a compact place to store CDs in my bedroom. This fit the bill. The price was reasonable for the amount of storage.

I find the price somewhat steep but the quality is there. Each book comes with 12 insert pages but they accommodate 15 pages. For the price of the binder, it would have been nice if they included 3 extra insert sheets with the binder. The huge benefit of the binders is the savings on storage space. I was able to consolidate two bookcases of DVDs into 12 binders which all fit into two shelves beneath my TV. I catalogued my collection into a spreadsheet and cross referenced the titles to the binders, which I numbered. This let me store the DVDs randomly and makes retrieval easy. All in all, just what I needed.

These are amazing really enjoyed the fact that they had a top cover to each DVD to make sure it stays in the case nice if your traveling they don't slide out. Only wished that they came with one or two more extra sets of additional sheets as the set came with three but we still had enough movies that could have easily fit another two sets of inserts. We would recommend this product again and again !
