The Sonic is limited to 500 worldwide and is bound to become a highly sought after investment when Tennant leaves the show and Matt Smith takes over with a new version after blowing this one up. The paint finish on this replica is the only vulnerable part if you wish to use this sonic as a carry piece while cos-playing. It is however more durable than originally thought and is relatively easy to refinish and full instructions are given. It does extend and light up like the original screen seen prop and I highly recommend it.
