Shame as looks great and great idea but design needs reviewing as it is VERY VERY heavy even for adult, lacks padding and hurts nose bridge and head, children's eyes don't fit in right place and voice mixer just crackles. Also panels dissemble too easily. Good sound effects/ phrases.

DISAPOINTING
BOUGHT THIS FOR OUR GRANDSON FOR CHRISTMAS, AND NEITHER HE OR ANYONE ELSE, COULD FIGURE HOW TO WORK IT,ALL IT SEEMS TO DO IS PLAY THE AWFUL MUSIC. WASTE OF MONEY.

voice changer does work
Re] the problems people are having getting this to work Talk into the microphone as sounds are playing off the buttons and it will change your voice.

Cool Bumblebee Helmet
My 5 year old,Blair,is helping with this review...He says he loves his new toy. He has great fun wearing it inside and outside. It is very authentic looking and durable, my words not his, and he particularily loves the Voice Mixer effects which are very simple to use/change. He is the envy of all his friends and he thinks his new Bumblebee Helmet is 'very cool'.

Good but heavy
I'm not going to agree entirely with the other reviews but also not going to disagree.Yes the helmet is heavy, too heavy, the plastic is thick which is makes it heavy. The voice changer does work but you need to press the buttons and then it starts working. Assembly is not easy, but not impossible.My little boy wanted a Star Wars Rex helmet Star Wars Clone Wars Helmet Asst but his Granddad bought him this one thinking it was the Star Wars one, he was disappointed but still played with it and enjoyed it. I also got him the Star wars Rex helmet which is light weight and more fun.If your little one loves transformers I'm sure he will like this helmet, out of choice the Star Wars Star Wars The Clone Wars Clone Commander Rex Gear, Helmet and Blaster one wins hands down.

disappointng.
i have wasted nearly £100 on 3 of these for my 3 young sons. the helmets are heavy, uncomfortable and impossible to work. we have yet to get the voice changer working, the reason i bought them!!! also pieces straight away fell off, these were then binned as we couldnt figure out how to get them back on.The children played with them for 5 mins on christmas day and not since.I have kept them in case 1 day they "come into their own"!!!!not likely though.
