This is game is terrific. My first workout man did it kick my tail
This is game is terrific. My first workout man did it kick my butt. I did for 25 mins for today 1/16/16.My only complaint is it don't have a nutrition guide to follow like the biggest loser has guess I would have to follow that. The tips are good though but wish the food guide was there. On my workout I got 4 A's and one D. D came from lunges looks like I have to work on that lol. Took some before and after pics of myself would have to change the date because it says 2005 instead of 2016.I'll update you guess later on the progressHarley oh Harley good game. I wonder will he bring out another game for xbox360 any thoughts anyone. Good for beginners or professional people.

Doesn't always register your movements, but overall, not bad.
It's a pretty good workout for a beginner. I'm trying to get in shape and it was cheap, so I figured I'd give it a shot. My only complaint is that it doesn't always recognize when you've done the move. There are times, especially with squats, where it just doesn't register no matter what I do. And with crunches, half the time it doesn't register when I do them, but when I give up and just lay there with my hands on my stomach, it starts counting... All in all, though, it's a decent fitness game.

Provides motivation and good nutrition tips
It arrived ahead of predicted time frame. I purchased this ‘new’ - the packaging was in great condition. Started my first lesson today and I feel like it is something I can stick to without feeling obligated or dreading a workout.

Worth what it cost now but serious issues with kinect software.
Update:This software is beyond sad it is the absolute worst kinect software I have ever used and the results are worse than using a Harley DVD. I still like Harley's workouts and would therefore recommend getting a Harley DVD instead of this nightmare!Since the price is so reduced, I am giving this 3 stars but there are some serious issues with the kinect software. Harley's workout is great and easily 5 stars but this is the worst kinect software I have ever used because it has serious issues with tracking your movements and some really bad choices with regard to how to handle those issues. It constantly loses the player and forces you to choose who you are each time when assuming that you are the same player as a few seconds ago is clearly the way to go. No nukes will be launched if for some bizarre reason someone has usurped your game for some bizarre reason. Why they constantly make you say "yep it is still me" over and over again is beyond understanding. When it does see you it often fails to follow clear and correct movements. Some exercises such as the superman are laughable it just racks up a ridiculous number of reps when no one is moving and then others it will never register no matter what you do. I have used several kinect workouts in the same room with same lighting and never felt like my head would explode from frustration. Nike's Kinect Training is an exemplary kinect workout that just works with no issues. It is clear that there is a major difference from the Nike development team and the one that took on this sad excuse for software. It is still worth doing since Harley's workout is so good but maybe if you are on the fence with getting Harley's DVD this might make you choose the DVD.

It was better than some fitness games but
Most of the things that make the game helpful are no longer supported online. It was better than some fitness games but, the technology is still limited and there was a frustration trying to get moves to register on the Kinect. Overall, for cheap, it is worth picking up for a month or two and then moving on to something else.

Highly Recommend
This is the game I've been begging for! Timed, motivating and provides results (as long as you are consistent of course). Several workout options, with daily or 30 day workout programs. Only issue i had was it took quite a bit of adjusting to be seen doing the crunches. Benefit from that? Did a lot of extra crunches!!!

This is a great workout it is short and and there are lots of workout to do.
Good workout I just don't know how long it will take to me to lose weight but I like it its only 25 minutes every exercise and you have lots of selection my only problem is my Kinect I am having a hard time setting it up so sometimes my 25minutes will end up 5o minutes but the Harley workout is good I am going to use this DVD for awhile.
