Do not buy, poorly built and broke within 2 minutes
The media could not be loaded. No instructions took lots of online searching to find any help. When started using it, it started making a horrible plasticy smell within one minute, a few seconds later the front arm bolts fell off despite being very tightly done up. When I turned the machine off smoke began bellowing from the engine through all the vents. Have contacted seller and am awaiting a response. Very disappointed 😞Well, 5 days later and still no one has contacted me about collection. Raised an investigation with Amazon as need to get my money back. Company keep emailing me saying that their UK courier will contact me but nothing yet! Have attached video of machine just as fire was dying down.

Powerful, robust but noisy
The media could not be loaded. I had to contact seller to find out the correct size of cord to be used which is 2.4mmWhen the safety protective shield is fitted, according to the instructions, it touches the ground and prevents the cutting cord from making a close to the ground cut. It also drags along the ground when moving forward and has to be lifted upwards causing the cutting height to be even higher. It's now been moved much higher up the shaft now and it works to a degree. However, the embedded cord cutter doesn't work now as it's too far away from the 2 cords. The motor is very powerful but very noisy so ear muffs should be worn. Vibration is tolerable but padded gloves reduce this significantly.Even though all the nuts and bolts were fully tightened, some do come loose due to the vibration. The cord holder unit is not touch and go. If it's supposed to be then it doesn't work because the internal spring is very powerfull. I suggest using 2.4mm flexible star contoured cord as I've found this doesn't break or wear quickly.Having said all the above, the brushcutter does the job just fine and worth the money of around £220 when purchased.
