The control monitor is simple and easy to use, with basic settings like a timer and three massage modes. The modes include air compression, microcurrent, and a combination of both, which is my personal favorite. You can also adjust the intensity from low to high. My legs feel relaxed when use it. It's running quietly. The microcurrent feels tingly but comfortable. Each session is 30 minutes. The downside for me is that it can make your legs sweat a little if the room temperature isn’t cool enough, so it might need a quick wipe down after use.I’m 5’6”, and the massager covers my legs completely. It’s long, and the foot area is spacious, it could easily fit feet larger than mine (I’m a size 8). It’s on the larger side but it’s comfortable for a full leg and foot massage. Compared to other leg massagers I’ve used, this massager feels more gentle. The pressure isn’t too intense, so I don’t feel like my legs are being squeezed too hard.
