I use this every other day and even use it to do pull-ups with added weight suspended from me (230lbs) and it holds up with the provided hardware.The grips are abrasive enough that it provides a good grip. It also has many options for hanging.It’s a great way to build some strength and prep for bouldering.

I love this thing. My dads friend had one in his garage and he let me borrow it one day when I was over there. So I got one for my birthday and we installed it, I started using it and looked up a few work outs with it online. It pumped my forearms so good my guy, it’s a must have if you are a rock climber or looking to get into it or if you just need to work out. This thing has good grip and it’s pretty straight forward. The lower holes are harder than the top ones. Easy. The only thing that would’ve made this god tier is coming with a small pouch of chalk or something. Other than that, ain’t no complaints. Fs grab it.

Feels like real rock
Perfect size with multiple grips to choose from. The feel is very gritty and helps with getting ready for the real deal. Easy to assemble and has too adjustments to fi well in the door frame. I would have given this a four star but it was delayed coming into the US from Canada. Product is great
