Used this to stick on top of heels of my boots which were very plasticy and slippy to wear on smooth surfaces. I love the boots but didn't feel safe wearing them but this worked great. It's thin so not noticeable.

Pro: They're very easy to fit and cut to size. They stick very well too.Con: They're very thin and wear through very quickly indeed rendering them a rather pointless repair.

Arrived promptly and easy to cut to shape. I wanted to increase the thickness of some very thin soled summer shoes. These stick-on soles stuck easily to the shoe, but as I haven't yet worn the shoes since this 'improvement', I cannot comment as to whether they prove fit for purpose.

Very easy to fit, and the hold is good, but way, way too thin for outdoor shoes. Lasted two days of an hour's walk to and from work before they'd worn through and needed replacing.
