legit the best investment I've ever made as an outdoorsman
I love going on car rides and road trips with my friends and theres always an issue with battery on the road. Sometimes we never have enough chargers in the car or being on a camp site on a hike and the car being super far. The battery and solar panel slides right onto my back pack rig where I usually keep my chairs, also the charger comes with an easily variable bag. The best part is it lasts straight up for days on and off and if you run out of juice you can use the panel. The panel is like UV activated instead of direct sunlight, so it doesn't really need to be in direct sunlight to absorb energy!SO SO SO useful, and the fact that it has outlets allows for me to charge up my camera batteries and laptop in the camp site!

Horrible customer service
So to note the battery works just fine but the solar panel does not work. I set it up in full sun and it only charged the battery by 5% in 12 hours, I then plugged it in and it charged as expected which means the panels did not have enough potential to charge the battery. I then wrote the Ecoflow and asked what steps I should take and their response was to try again and again, and if it persisted to take a video. Obviously they questioned if I knew how to connect the panels to the battery, I assure you it is not a difficult task, but whatever, I tried a couple more times and got the same results (no surprise).I bought another solar panel from a very reputable company and it successfully charged the battery form 55% to full in less than 8 hrs, so I guess I do know how to hook up the system no video required. I wrote them again (not no phone # to call so email is the only source for communication) and did not get a response for 3 months, I did get a response after emailing their sales department stating I would never recommend their product to anyone based on the horrible customer service. Their response now is that there must be something wrong with the solar panel and I should send it back to them to determine the cause. A box showed up about a week later with no instructions, there is still no email to provide instructions, and I can only assume it is from them based on the battery label on the shipping box. The problem is that the battery is working just fine, it is the solar panel that is not working, and the box is big enough to ship the panel. Plus without any instructions to determine this if for Ecoflow (their company name is not on the label and I don't know their address since it is not provided) I will not place the item and just send it off to nowhere (although at least it would be out of my house and out of sight, as noted the other panel from the reputable company works great).I like to support smaller companies, I believe there is value to bringing new products and competition to market, but if you can't provide support to your customers you are know better than buying a lottery ticket.

Terrible repair/customer service.
OMG. I took the new power station on a cross country camping trip and within six weeks the car charger cord fell apart and I couldn’t get a replacement anywhere until I got back home and Ecoflow could send me another one. I started using the ac charger with an inverter in the camper. That worked for a few months before that cord failed too. Also one of the quick charge ports failed. After I got home, I had to send the power station to ecoflow for repair. After several weeks of not hearing anything I contacted ecoflow to let them know I needed the power station back for another camping trip. They responded fairly quickly and supposedly sent the repaired unit back and now it has been another two weeks and FedEx lost the package and has to investigate for another week and if they can’t find it I have to go back to Ecoflow for resolution. This is abysmal customer service. The unit works ok but to have both charge cords and a USB port fail within a few months is pretty bad.Update: one customer service guy at Ecoflow saved the day by expediting the shipment of a new unit that I received today. Thank you customer service, and I hope the new unit works!

Great produt, easy to use
This thing is well worth the money. I use this in my jeep when I go off the grid. This will run my jeep fridge for tow days. With good sun and the solar panel goes for ever

A household staple
Bought this to make instagram videos of a blender being used in nature settings and OMG it's awesome! Beach music? Never run out. Cell charge? Can charge like 10 phones at once. Laptop, lights, seriously so useful to have this. The meter on the front is super helpful. Bag it comes with really nice. All in all very happy with this purchase. A staple in our household now.

Disappointed
Product was not advertised or sold as an open box product, yet it arrived that that way.

I haven't used it much yet but so far it has worked great.
I use it in the van while traveling to charge my laptop, camera, phone and lights. So far, it has worked perfectly.
