I switched from another big brand to this one and have never looked back. I could never make so much sense of my data previously, but with the app, I can dive deep into all the possible results much more easily.Pros: cheap, fast, good appCons: It comes with so many tests I don't think I'll be able to finish it in a year.

I performed tests when I had eaten very well and expected to be in Ketosis, and also after a3 day Birthday binge, and I had the exact same results. Not very trustworthy in my opinion

I'm not a health care professional, but I think it's important to note that if someone has consistently high ketone levels, medium to high using this test, they should be calling their healthcare professional for advice. Note that the label for these strips state: "Not for diagnostic purposes", but that doesn't suggest that high levels should be ignored. Even if your levels are not high, I would suggest you ask your healthcare professional about using the ketone test and how to understand the results when you have your regular visit given so many people in this country have blood sugar/insulin related issues. These strips are great for monitoring nutritional ketosis for fat burning, but you need to research what levels are OK to maintain. Search the Internet for more info on ketones and related health issues like diabetic ketoacidosis to get better insight on all the kestone levels. Again, I'm not a healthcare professional, but this is an important health topic to be educated on so talk to your healthcare professional. In terms of the test strips, they are easy to use. You just need to start peeing and then stick the colored box on the strip into the stream for 2-5 seconds only. You wait 40 secs and then compare the result color with the color legend on the container. These strips are little more expensive than other brands, but the price point is not terrible given you get 150 strips. It's just disappointing that these are not truly diagnostic level tests. I still use them for monitoring my levels and track the results in a spreadsheet. I didn't use their app, as I have enough apps on my phone.
