Original Grain Men's Black Rosewood Wooden Watch

Great watches! Expect a ton of compliments! The watch itself is very well-constructed with a luxurious feel and appearance. Very happy with my second one!

When we received the watch, the wood that outlines the face of the watch was cracked. Not impressed. Makes me skeptical to purchase another.

I purchased this watch and loved it to start. In the first week the hands fell off. I sent it back and it was replaced.6 months on the wood cracked and fell off, no trauma just everyday use. As it was still under warranty I tried over and over to get hold of Original Grain to get the watch fixed or replaced. Upon never hearing back the $170 watch now sits in my drawer.Conclusion great looking watch however it's poor quality and the customer service is terrible..

There is no denying the watches are very nice looking and I get a ton of compliments on mine...way more than I expected, however the watch band unclamps with just the least bit of pressure. Mine comes undone at least 4-5 times a day, no exaggeration. Every time I bend my wrist or put on a jacket that is enough to make it open.Just recently the wood around the face chipped so there's a 1cm chunk missing. I can accept that's my fault, however the band thing is a deal breaker. I will not a buy another until I'm sure this has changed.

Very nice looking watch. Couple things to note.. 1) The body is metal with wood inlays (that was the most disappointing thing about it). 2) I cracked the crystal and OG is not able to repair it - so they sent me to my local watch shop.

Purchased this watch for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves it, and it was well worth the money. Great quality!

OG Rosewood was a Father's Day gift from my kids. A short time after receiving it, the bracelet broke when a link fell out. A jeweler repaired it; fix lasted about two weeks. The link broke again and the bracelet broke the second time. I contact OG by email. They have no customer service number so you cannot talk to anyone. They were very slow in responding; their answer was to send me a new link. One of the most reputable jewelers in our city installed the new link and repaired the bracelet ($15). About two weeks later the bracelet broke again, but in a DIFFERENT PLACE when another link came loose and fell out.I contact OG by email May 11, 2020. No response. I sent a second email May 25th. No response. I sent a third email May 27th. No response. After three attempts and 21 days OG continues to ignore my complaint.When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I noticed that OG is NOT an accredited business with the BBB and their rating is slightly above 1 star. Reading the complaints, there were several who said they received one star from them only because there was nothing lower. My sentiments exactly. Today I am filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer of Affairs for the State of California.

upon receiving it as a father's day gift from my wife and two kids, i loved it! after getting it fitted at the local jeweler, i loved it. i wore it for the first time out to dinner with the wife and thats when it went down hill. after an hour of wearing it the black paint on the band started to come off and you can see the stainless underneath shining through and the wood scratches very easily. so now i have owned it since father's day and it has only been worn once and sits next to my grandfathers watch in the drawer.
