Well built and good design for many special focus areas
Good connectors, nice variety of positions. I wasn’t aware of the difference in small handle positions until I got a real trainer, and now the home gym is more complete.

Fantastic product.
The most ergonomically-designed lat pulldown bar I've ever used. Places your shoulders in neutral position (great for anyone with shoulder/rotator cuff issues--like me), places lats in optimal position for nearly perfect form without even really trying. Great grip, no need for straps like traditional pulldown bars (so far).
