Cider vinegar is taken by many people to relieve joint-related symptoms such as arthritis. This tablet provides the equivalent of a dessertspoon of cider vinegar. Quercetin is a naturally-occurring plant flavonoid that has been shown in vitro to have an anti-inflammatory effect by suppressing the release of histamine. It has also demonstrated anti-oxidant properties.
