UPDATE: 11/13/2024The seller expedited a new heating pad to me. It works perfectly. It's soft, weighty, long enough, wide enough, and the heat distributes evenly.I recommend this heating pad as a must have.I purchased the heating pad in September for my abdominal surgery on October 28th. To my dismay, the first time I take iy out of the box at the hospital, I plugged it in and it would not work! Unfortunately the return window has closed. Now I have to buy a new heating pad and throw away this one that is inoperable.

Very nice heating pad, love the large size. Not crazy about a lot of these new pads have a kinda large plastic thing where the electric cord connects to the pad and Not comfortable if you happen to wind up laying on that. Seems to be the trend right now?!? Other than that it’s a nice size, plush and love the color. Wish it had a timer bypass button on it but they’re hard to find anymore. But good value for the $ it was on sale.

This is an excellent, soft, large heating pad, and it’s worked well for my needs. However, I have two complaints. One is that it seems like the temperature decreases after being on for awhile on any setting. Sometimes you’ll question if it’s still on. Secondly, the auto shutoff is a great safety feature, but I find it shuts off before I’m done using the heating pad, so I find myself constantly turning it back on. Overall, it seems to be of great quality and I’m satisfied.

Love this heating pad. It heats up fast and based on its generous size, can cover all those aching areas at once. Controls are easy and it's cover is really soft and removable for cleaning. Highly reccommend to others.

My previous heating pads were small squares that didn’t provide enough coverage when I needed them. This often meant I had to reposition them frequently to achieve the best results. After sustaining a leg injury, I decided to try a different heating pad. The new pad covered my entire thigh, extending from near my pelvis to my knee. I also used it for a back injury, which allowed me to treat my whole back at once instead of addressing one side first and then the other. The heating pad provided significant relief for both conditions.I appreciate the simple low, medium, and high control settings. Compared to other heating pads I've owned, this one doesn't become uncomfortably hot on the highest setting. Additionally, it automatically shuts off after a period, which is an excellent safety feature.

While this heating pad gets HOT, you don't have to worry about getting burned (the last heating pad I had- I got some serious second-degree burns and bad blisters). There are three heating levels. Please see the photos of the timer- it is pretty simple to use- low, medium, and high.I didn't like that there is no timer on the heating pad- and it seems to turn off after an hour or two (I never have really kept track). But I use a heating pad most- at night- and the fact I don't know how long it takes to turn off- which means the lack of a timer isn't a bothersome feature with this pad. After almost a month- I don't think the feature is as important as I once thought.What I loved was that the night this heating pad broke, I ordered this one and had it in under 12 hours. I like to have heating pad access 24/7- so when the one I had broke after about a month and a half- I picked one out that was cheap and that would come quickly. Because it seems, no matter how much I choose to pay for a heating pad- none of them last me long. Why not try a cheap one after the expensive one broke after a month and a half?The one that lasted the longest was the only one I got for free- from my insurance (a few years ago). And it was the cheapest of the bunch. The most expensive one- gave me second-degree burns (with warnings I finally found out was in the fine print- the very very fine print they later pointed out to me) and broke after a month and a half. So I will see how this one lasts- so far so good.The heating pad size is overly large- as you can see in my photos- I took three larger paperback books and set them on the pad and there was still room on it- width-wise. The cover of the heating pad is also nice- and very comfortable. I also included a photo of the controller.I would encourage others, as I do with all heating pads after being burned- if you are using the beating pad on your bare neck or shoulders, even your back- don't fall asleep the first few times until you are sure your body can take the heat. You never know- the other pad wasn't even set to that high of a level (a five out of nine) when it burned me- it just got that hot. However, this heating pad has not done anything like that to me- I just always warn others now- just to be safe.I have had this heating pad for a month in a few days. So far I have had no issues, other than the fact there is no timer and that has not bothered me as it stays on long enough for me to fall asleep. I would say this is a great heating pad that can come to you quickly (if you make the right selections). And for a rough user- this one is still in good shape. However, if and when I have issues I will update this review accordingly below (and with a loss of stars, if needed).And if you're thinking of this item as a gift for anyone- I think you are an angel as I would love to be gifted heating pads as a present. However this heating pad gets the award for breaking the fastest.So, unless you want to pay to possibly use a heating pad for a few days after it most likely could have been returned (like I want to deal with that drama- returning it)- try another one. For the money this one wasn't too bad but for it to break after a month with it's lack of any features- I would try anything else (if I were someone else).Thank you.

I have a lot of heating pads over the years. I have a bad back. There is nothing I do not like about it. Can use it sitting, lying down. On any part of your body. Very soft and works great. It is everything describe the seller describe and more.

I received this product in its original packaging. It looks and feels and functions very well as it should. It seems like quality materials. With one exception it literally doesn’t get hot enough for anything. It is simply not hot enough to soothe even A slightly sore muscle

I feel I can never get a heating pad that actually gets warm evenly. This works great. Cheap price, soft, and maintains good heat.Highly recommend.

I bought this heating pad when I thought my old one broke, and chose not to return it when my old one was fixed! It’s a great size, and so plush, it has great range for heat, and the auto turn off is the perfect length of time. I use this daily and recommend for the price!

I bought a heating pad on Amazon a number of years ago, and liked it well enough. But it wasn't until I started having severe back pain the past few months that I truly appreciated it. The controls were simple and, above all, the heat strength was impressive.However when I tried to order another one on Amazon, it was no longer available. So I ordered a different one based on "high reviews". it was extremely flimsy and disappointing, so I returned it. Began my search again, and found one that looked exactly like mine, under a different brand name, so I took a chance and ordered it.Turns out it is indeed exactly like my original one, and I love it! I can't recommend this gem of a heating pad highly enough!
