Faber-Castell201569 Grip Colour Pencil (Pack of 12)

I like these FC colored pens. It's a good price for a cheaper version of the FC pens. Also fast delivery. Would definitely buy these again. I use them very often when I color. So, I would really like to recommend the pens :)

I always use Faber-Castell pencils, these are high quality pencils, superb colours, if you like quality then these are for you.

Great for colouring books.

I bought these pencils for two main reasons. Firstly for the neons. This pack contains 4 in yellow, orange, pink and green. It was described as being neon on white as well as black paper. As you can see the only one the pops at all is the orange. They are disappointingly dull. Even after I put a good deal of pressure so that there was enough pigment on the page. Secondly they were supposed to be water soluable. From my test sheet you can see only the four 'pastel' pencils are water soluable. Of the 4 metallics only the gold and silver are slightly water soluable. In fact, upon receipt I note that these pencils, apart from the pastels, do not have the water soluable logo on the side of the item. The metallics are not very metallic in tone either. I am very disappointed from such a good brand as Faber Castell. I wonder if we are in fact really paying for the grip pips on the barrell! I shall be returning and looking for an alternative set of neons.

Total rubbish, go blunt easily and when you sharpen them the lead is loose, cracked and falls out

Bought for daughter who uses them for A Level art, she loves them and said they are a great selection of colours

They arrived promptly, in perfect condition. Surprisingly nice pencils for a budget range. The pastels are very pretty, the metallics are surprisingly soft and the neon are great. Would recommend these.

I originally bought this myself for the neons, but am very disappointed. I bought these as i believed these were targeted for adult/artistry, but they are affiliated with the Faber-Castell Black Collection which is for kids/teens. I will probably only use the pink and metallic blue. The rest have very low pigment, difficult to blend, crumby core...but the most annoying thing about these is triangular shape they're in make it extremely frustrating to sharpen. If you don't want to go insane you need to buy they're special sharpener.

Très friable et cassant, et difficile à aiguiser. Déçu car ne correspond pas à la qualité de Faber-Castell habituel.Je me demande si ce sont bien des originaux.

Lo que menos me ha gustado, quizá algún color (como el gris metalizado o marron metalizado), que podrían tener dureza más aceptable (porque el azul o verde metalizado por ejemplo si me gustan cómo subrayan). Y sacad más colores pastel, y los colores neon, tendrían que tener un color más vivo, no sé si será también por la dureza o la mina en si...pero aunque me gustan más los faber-castell, los staedtler tienen quizás algo de mejor vistosidad.En resumen, sé que volvería a comprarlos y también estaría bien para regalar.
