Bought this chair as a replacement. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Seems very sturdy. Massage works ok. Comfortable material. Reclines and sits up with ease. Wheels work good on firm carpet. My only one, very minor, complaint is the head/ neck pillow could have a better and higher strap. I'm just under 6 ft. (182.88 cm) and 215 lbs. (97.52 kg). No issues with fitting me in any of the positions. Very nice, the build feels a little cheap but it is still very comfortable and stable, perfect for the money, absolutely thrilled with the item.

I've had it for only a few hours, But what I can say is It's VERY comfortable and VERY easy to assemble. Its also fairly light so pretty easy to move around. The only thing I'm upset at is the fact I did not receive my massager that comes with it. Overall a very good chair for the price!

I cannot recommend this chair enough! It is so comfortable to game for hours and very sturdy which is why I needed a new one. The set up was quick and I was gaming in no time! Definitely a great buy.

I'm a pretty big guy this chair is comfortable the only downside I've noticed is that the arm rest could be a little farther apart if you are on the bigger side not too big of a problem you can remove them if you want to. They are just far apart enough for me to still be comfortable. The chair looks nice and seems like good quality it doesn't feel like it will fall apart easily. The foot rest works pretty well and is pretty sturdy as well. The headrest pillow and lumbar pillow feel soft enough and support your head and back a good bonus is that the lumbar pillow comes with a vibrating back massager I didn't think that was something I needed or wanted but was pleasantly surprised that it works pretty well. The cord is short although so having a usb extension cable is probably needed. All in all for the price I recommend it.

The chair was fantastic for the first 5 weeks, but then suddenly started randomly dropping the seat from the set height. The hydraulics seem to be a problem with this mfgr., but they have not responded to us attempts to utilize the 3 year warranty

The media could not be loaded. Really sturdy, comfortable, I sit in it for 3+ hours straight and my back doesn’t hurt or my bottom. Super easy to assemble. I just used the guide and it told me what screws to use In the certain areas. Good quality, it’s gonna last me forever. Definitely a upgrade from my last one

These chairs are SOO comfy! You can lean back at the perfect spot & put your feet up! Makes it so nice to play video games when you just want to relax & not be sitting straight up like a normal office chair
