Terrible product. The lights switch on at even the faintest movement by a leaf. DO NOT BUY this product, even the ring helpline said they have loads of issues with it. To stop the lights coming on every 30 seconds you have to disable everything which makes it pointless. Ring should not sell this product as it does not work in the way most people would want it to.

Camera is great, however floodlights seem to have a life of their own and sometimes work like dance club lighting... flashing on and off erratically ... have tried numerous settings but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Great bit of kit, does exactly what I wanted, I then ordered the ring door bell and can monitor both from my phone.

Excellent product up to the point the wall casing mount cracked causing the camera to be misaligned after 4 months. Have to return product for refund.

Good but absolutely discusting that you can just whack the price up £70.

Very easy to install and good quality

Have 2 of these, one front and rear. Both the same - excellent at picking up movement within the area that is easily defined in the app, and picture quality good, even in the dark. Rembember, its £2.50 per month PER CAMERA to store any recordings - so unless you pay, you'll never actually have any footage to watch unless you constantly stream live.But the worst bit - the PIR lights. Brilliantly bright, but on and off all the time. Both units are the same and no amount of decreasing the detection area seems to help, and neither can customer service. Even £10 Chinese PIR lights don't have this problem, so would frankly buy the cheaper unit with no light, and a separate - reliable PIR light if you need one, as you'll end up turning the light function off on these for the sake of your sanity and your electricity bill.

I had two lots of cameras from Swann, first was 4 weeks out of warranty they flatly refused to help and worse than that said they could not replaces the nvr unit on its own or repar the old one never again would I deal with them, so far I have found Ring most helpful with anything you ask them
