Totally Stripped is a newly revised version of the documentary that was originally made to coincide with the release of The Rolling Stones Stripped album released in November 1995. It tells the story of the two studio sessions and three live shows that made up the Stripped project. This followed the conclusion of the mammoth Voodoo Lounge tour and found The Stones reimagining tracks from their back catalogue in pared back versions alongside a couple of carefully chosen covers in the studio and doing smaller scale club gigs to showcase these versions, which was a marked contrast to the huge arenas and stadiums that had hosted the Voodoo Lounge tour. This new version of the documentary includes previously unseen footage and lays bare the inner workings of both The Rolling Stones and of some of their best loved tracks. Stones At Their Best
Brilliant album and DVD. If you are a true Dtone fan you'll love it too. DVD taken from different live performances in different venues and therefore, the songs are done slightly different to the studio recordings. The album is also taken from live performances and makes it different to many of their other albums.

Not a patch on 'Stripped"
Great delivery from Amazon but sound quality of the vinyl is poor considering it's spread over 4 sides . DVD is of poor quality too. Fell out of love with The Stones after Some Girls but the original Stripped vinyl album from 1995 is amazing, sound quality excellent with none of the digital blandness in the transfer (seen it for sale at £559 on Amazon). Also have the Japanese import (bootleg?) on DVD. Well worth searching for.

street fighting for clarity
disliked the fact that its .not 3 dvd's as said in the description ....however its a real good vinyl 78 mins on clock and there different performances compared to the stripped original. the dvds great probs play the vinyl more though

Wrapped together not good
It’s a shame they seal the DVD inside the LP. I intend to keep the album sealed but because the DVD Is inside, I can’t even watch it. Surely someone could have come up with a better way
