Having a leather sofa, leather recliner and a new puppy do not mix very well. We had several puncture marks from the new puppy and rather than buying all new furniture, I bought this. Not only was this super easy to use but when it came to matching my color, it really did match very well. I was able to patch up all of the chew marks without even there being a sign that I used a repair kit. Even the tears that we had in the back of my sofa that had fibers hanging, I was able to repair those and now you can't even see the fibers from the fabric backing that was there. While no one can see the back of my sofa, I was still able to repair them without making a huge mess on my wall. Super easy to use and highly recommended.

This product is definitely easy to use and it does repair the injured area however it does not look like new like in the video. As you can see in the photographs the first picture shows before it dried and the second is after it dried. It did work and it did save my car upholstery but it does not look like a brand new area like in the video. I still recommend it I think it's great for the money and it is very easy to use and they do provide several colors to match the area.

The reason I am giving this a one star is because it didn’t come with anything that is supposed to come in the kit. Back of the box says “ kit includes” spatula & applicator brush, mixing jar & mixing guide, backing fabric and instruction manual. The only thing I got was the box and the 10 mixable color compounds.

Very difficult to match colours to the leather

Currently repairing an 08 Lexus RX with cracked dashboard. My only complaint is it would be nice if they suggested how to mix paints to achieve colors desired. I had to really guess what to put together to match the taupe / tan dashboard. Started with brown and white, had to add different brown (they give you a couple tubes of brown in different shades), … moved on to a dash of bright yellow. Then I thought about it and realized it had gray undertones. No gray included, but guess what, black and white makes gray. (That much I recall from kiddie art class). So after all that, I did match pretty perfectly but a color wheel or recipe chart as a general guide would have been great.

The product offers 10+ vials of color to combine to achieve an acceptable match. Their offer to assist with achieving this match involves sending photos to their customer service email. Thus far, after multiple requests, I have yet to receive any return acknowledgment - much less assistance.

Not posting a pic b/c it would just look like a perfect sofa b/c you really can't see any damage. It's camel/caramel colored and I was able to blend three of the kit colors to make a PERFECT match to the sofa (albeit on the lighter side, which I did on purpose, b/c I read the instructions that it would dry slightly darker), which the cat had - I thought - destroyed. The parts where the cat had left material hanging off, I just got tweezers and pulled off the material then filled it in with the compound I mixed. I had told my husband before I found this kit that if his cat made ONE more scratch to any piece of furniture, the cat goes bye bye. Now the cat may have another chance.Also, I have a grey leather chair that's kind of old and out of site to most that had scratches on it, so I decided to mix black and white and made the perfect grey and repaired it, too, so that was a bonus.The kit has proven to be of immense value and I highly recommend!
