Should have "gnome" it'd be good!

Johnny Depps role in the movie is played with grace and his accent sometimes shows through Sherlock. The villain of the movie is the most insufferable being ever spawned. I wish they would've got an even bigger gargoyle for the main villain. The movies overall plot is interesting. The different dynamics between the gnomes are shifting and they are learning to overcome their struggle for the truth. I also enjoyed Mary j Bliges role in the movie and her musical scene. For the love of Gnomes!

I love the gnome movies.... so I must admit being biased....I have always loved Johnny Depp, there have been a couple of movies I did not really like him in.... but this voice over is not one of them.... I thought he played pompous and arrogant perfectly.... my favorite is still the pirate movies...

Love this movie

This is such a great movie. It's great for adults as well as for the kids. The imagery and graphics are done so well. Easy to watch, too. Love the jokes. Don't you?

We loved "Gnomeo and Juliet" when it came out. That movie was funny, charming, and had great music. So we were looking forward to the sequel. Sadly, the sequel is a huge disappointment. First, it really has nothing to do with GNOMES. The first movie takes off on the idea of "what would garden gnomes be like or do if they were alive?" Of course, they'd have lawnmower races, among other things. This movie could have been done around just about anything - mice, kittens, dryer lint. There was nothing intrinsic to the idea of "gnomes" in the movie.Of course, there's also always the problem of what to do with a couple who is happy at the end of the first movie, but now has to feature in a second. So the simple, obvious (and overdone) solution is - they must have a fight, so that they can reconcile by the end of the second movie. The "fight" made no sense, and simply added a dimension of unpleasantness to what was not a particularly charming movie in the first place.And then... you have Sherlock. Obviously, this movie was written by someone who intensely disliked Sherlock Holmes, so the main point of the movie is to show what an arrogant and ignorant person Sherlock really is, and how he has mistreated poor Watson all along. The "real" villain falls into the "seriously, how did you even come up with this?" category - utterly unbelievable. The plot is uninteresting and without any real suspense. There's very little original music written for this movie (unlike the first). Wait until it's available free; don't waste your money!

J'ai acheté ce cd car j'avais raté sa sortie au cinéma. Je l'ai visionné hier avec ma fille et nous avons bien ri. Cette histoire peux être vu par un large public. Les adultes y verrons tout un tas de détails sur les coutumes, et personnages intégré dans l'histoire, comme un clin d'œil a Elton Jones et son piano.
