Received yesterday, so I have only used it for one night so far… But I have already noticed a difference! I originally purchased these because I have a neurodivergent child on the spectrum, as well as myself, because we both have trouble sleeping at night for different reasons. I also have ADD and take medication for it, which sometimes makes it difficult to sleep at night. My child always wakes up between 1:30 am and 3 am every morning, regardless of what time she falls asleep. She wakes me up, which means I don’t get very much sleep and I get up at 4:30 every morning during the week for work. I also have back/hip pain when sleeping, so I constantly toss and turn. I’m also an extremely light sleeper. Adding all the issues together, along with autoimmune issues, I haven’t had a good nights sleep in years.I put the sheets on yesterday and plugged them into the grounding part of my outlet, the round circle at the bottom of the two prong holes up top. Both of my kids slept in the bed as well last night. Firstly, my neurodivergent child fell asleep and did not get up! My six year old tosses and turns at night, but she didn’t move at all. My other child on the spectrum not only didn’t get out of bed multiple times or move around, slept until 7 am, as well as my six year old. As for myself, I got in bed and fell asleep within 15 minutes! I slept like a baby! I didn’t have to toss and turn trying to alleviate hip or back pain. I did turn over some because I was sleeping between two kids, but never woke up to wear I felt really awake. I turned over and simply continued with sleep. I woke up feeling well rested and not so stiff or as aching. I checked my sleep patterns and score and I got over 7 hours of sleep with deeper sleep and more REM sleep. I hope with continued use that I see even more benefits. I am going to sleep on these for at least a week, and then try and sleep in a different bed without the grounding sheets to really be able to see the differences.

when I opened it, I noticed the high quality it's super soft and fits my deep mattress perfectly. I slept 2 nights and it’s been nice, I am sleeping very well, usually i sleeping terribly . I recommend

I was so excited to try this product. Once I opened the package, my first thought was "this is just a regular sheet." I looked at the sheet carefully and could see the waffle pattern, but didn't feel the silver. So I put it on the bed and tested it. The pen didn't light up. So I moves it around, switched the cord from the top port to the bottom, switched the outlet, and still nothing. I feel scammed. 😪 While the sheet material is nice, it's the same as all of sheets (which came in complete sets). Also, the queen sheet is way too big. I have a deep mattress, but this sheet is more like a king. I am so disappointed that the sheet does not have silver and won't be helping me with my arthritis. Definitely returning.

The sheets were larger than queen. The sleep has been good. I really don't feel much better.

I don't feel like I've slept properly since before the covid fiasco.From the first night a started sleeping heavier.I've been sleeping on it for about 4 weeks now and I'm sleeping in late often.I feel like I've actually slept and it's really nice.My gf has Ms.When she stays over her left leg is coming out in various bruises.She thinks it might have something to do with the grounded sheet, although her balance is slightly improved.She feel no pain at the bruise areas.So I really don't know, but I thought I'd mention it it out of honest.My only complaint would be that I ordered a king-size for UK delivery and as absolutely massive.I don't know if it's an American size issue, but I feel like I could wrap a double decker bus with it.But I'm well happy so far.
