have struggled for a long time to find totally comfortable pillows. Ordinary pillows (we’ve tried many) seem to inevitably squish down, leaving the neck unsupported. We’ve tried rounded foam pillows, and my husband tried a wedge pillow to elevate his head to help with his sleep apnea. None of these worked very well. Feeling we had nothing to lose, we decided to try this ultra pain relief cooling pillow. Amazing! Total surprise! I no longer wake up every day with a stiff and/or aching neck and shoulders. The bottom edge manages to support the neck, while the “bowl” shape in the middle of the pillow supports the head all night, so a muscle-tensing gap between the neck, head, and shoulders doesn’t develop while sleeping. I also like how the sides provide additional support for the head, by cupping the face when I sleep on either my back or side. I liked this pillow so much at home immediately upon using it that I bought one for our bed at our summer cottage. Now that my husband has tested his for a longer period and, with his specific issues, also loves it, I’ll be buying him one for the cottage, too. He and I agree this is the BEST pillow we’ve ever used. The pillow slides easily into a standard pillowcase, which helps to keep it clean.

This is definitely a funny-looking pillow, but oh, is it comfortable! I slept on it last night without a pillowcase, but I think I will put one on. The pillow does have a detachable case, but it is easier to slip a cotton pillowcase on and off. It will look more usual on the bed with a pillowcase on it as well.My head just nestled down in the center of it while my neck was held in place and supported all night. Each time I moved, it gently nudged me back into place. I find sleeping on a higher pillow hurts my neck. This comes in at a low but supportive height under my neck. Honestly, I felt embraced all night!I sleep on my back (perfect for this pillow) and also my side. I wondered how it would feel when I inevitably turned over on my side. It felt great! The side of my face and head nestled right in.I awoke without my usual neck stiffness and pain. My neck has been relaxed and feeling great all day. I credit the pillow. I can't wait to sleep on it again tonight!

I too have had chronic issues trying to sleep. Not necessarily because of "back pain" or "pillow thickness" or anything like that. I simply just couldn't fall asleep and my "fix" was to just move my pillow around, almost as if that was the issue.So I decided to buy this pillow, not expecting much, and oh my.. Somehow this pillow, no matter the position you sleep in, will compliment that position and allow for a blissful sleep. It's almost difficult to NOT fall asleep right away when using this pillow, I'm not joking. I don't know how to explain it, but due to the next support it provides, it feels like it prevents you from moving around throughout the night.

This is my dream come true pillow. It is shaped in a way so your head is on the nest-center of the pillow when sleeping on your back, so your neck is cradled between the taller sides. I like the side indented shapes since they are perfect for when one occasionally turns to sleep sideways. I really like that you can wash the cover (breathable material), you could use another pillow cover over the one it comes with. The center of the pillow (indented) snaps with a button snap, so it can be removed. If you are creative and talented with sewing, you could even make your own. I recommend this pillow to family and friends.

I used to also constantly make my hands and arms fall asleep from laying on them and cutting circulation. This allows the same position but the pressure on your hands is not there.The best part is that I don’t get hot at night anymore. The pillow stays just the right temperature. I had been having numbness in my fingers after sleeping on a standard pillow, which I attributed to circulation being cut off or a pinch nerve in my neck. After reading the description of the pillow, I thought it would be a good first step in relief, short of going to a physical therapist. Thankfully the pain relief pillow help correct the situation. I love how it is so adaptive and works whether you are a side, back, or on your stomach kind of sleeper, or in my case, restless sleeper who changes positions in the middle of the night.

This is my first experience with a cervical neck style pillow. I am not disappointed. It did take some getting used to. I think the pillow gives great support. The pillow fits inside a normal sized pillow case. The memory foam is not hard, but it isn't overly soft either. I find that the cervical shaped pillow is good if you are a back sleeper, fantastic if you are a side sleeper, and not that great if you are a belly sleeper. When I am sleeping on my belly I can't get my head properly centered into the middle. This has me using the thicker outer parts as the main support. Good pillow overall.

I wake up every morning with my neck and back stiff as a board. Tried many pillows from cheap to expensive and nothin worked until I got this pillow. This pillow is the one! I wake up feeling refreshed and not stuff. I am a side sleeper and was skeptical if this would work for me. To my surprise it does. I like it so much I bought one for my husband as well. Get this pillow and you will be happy sleeping.
