Update the information on this product! The items I received is NOT close to the item pictured or described!!! I’m extremely disappointed especially since I cannot return the items!!! Uggggggggggg

My son has amblyopia and uses a patch on one eye for four hours each day to help strengthen his weak eye. Unlike other brands of adhesive eye patches, these are made with a more fabric-like backing which is much more flexible and comfortable when he's wearing it. (He also has sensory issues, so comfort is a big deal for him.) The adhesive keeps the patch on for the entire four hours, but doesn't make it painful to remove, also unlike many of the other patches we've tried. I buy these six boxes at a time because I can't find them in stores anywhere, and we'll stick with this brand until he is able to stop wearing them.

Coverlet vs. Ortopads... My son hated the coverlet and they irritated his skin... he quickly discovered how to remove these. We've since switched to Ortopads and love that it doesn't irritate his skin. He actually keeps it on longer than the Coverlet kind. My son is 20 months now and we've been patching since he was about 9 months old.

Keeps my eye cover my eye @night.

I have twins with amblyopia. They need to wear the patches for several hours per day. These fit perfectly, are comfortable, are not overly sticky (can be removed easily), and they don't interfere with their glasses. Great product.

I have extensive damage to my left orbit...a prosthetic does look natural. I have to wear a patch. These patches are big enough for an adult.These are great for physical activities. inside or out.

Sticks to the skin really well. Could use a little more padding and some vent holes.Much, much better then the papery ones.

To counter another reviewer who complained that these patches are too sticky, we love the Coverlets precisely because they are the only patches that will stick to our daughter. I think this is an issue that is pretty specific to each child's skin so it's not an "I'm right" and "she's wrong" type of issue. You just need to get what works for you. We found that the Curad product simply fell off our daughter without any assistance.

The seller description of the product does not mention the fact that the product contains natural rubber latex. I am allergic to latex so cannot use the patches. The latex is in such a high concentration that I could not even keep the closed box in my bathroom cabinet. I immediately had to dispose of it. A waste of money.
