Skeleton Hiccups

Cute for kids up to 2nd/3rd grade. Who can’t relate to the hiccups? There are parts where my grandkids laugh out loud!

My 3 year old grandson is obsessed with skeletons, LOVES this book, and insists on “reading” it to his baby sister every day! Too cute!

My son loves this book so much that I had to buy a replacement. Then he wanted to give his favorite book to his teacher so I had to be another.

Has just enough words for younger kids to follow along and few enough to maintain their attention. The hiccup effects certainly help! There were several giggly laughs and participation as the hiccups were produced. Skeleton hiccups is a fun and very simple book that can seamlessly incorporated into several activities. Pairs well with a Q-tip skeleton craft and the Bones Song/Dance by GoNoodle!

We read it everyday!

It's a cute book. My daughter brought it home from the school library and theirs was really damaged so I bought a replacement.

That skeleton book with the hiccups? I have read this book over and over and over again, my 2 and 3 year olds beg to read it at my home daycare. I will have to say, I appreciate a good book that the kids love, but I actually put the book away around the middle of November last year, because I was sooo tired of reading it.I purchased each one of them their own copy for this Halloween. : I am still trying to talk myself into getting my copy out again for this year.Ar level 1.3 would make a nice book for a first grader learning to read.skeleton has the hiccups, He has to brush his teeth and do all his chores with the hiccups, His friend ghost makes suggestions to skeleton on ways to get rid of them. The pictures really add to the simple text, with just a few words of reading per page.

I have had a hard time finding a Halloween book that is easy to read, full of appropriate humor and is instantly loved by my 3-4 year old students. But after many years and many misses, I finally found the one they all love. Skeleton Hiccups is both silly and intelligent at the same time. My team of teachers and I appreciate it as much as our young friends do!

I bought this book for my Japanese kindergarteners and they absolutely loved it. The pictures are easy to understand and very fun to recount.
