Excellent product, easy set up.
Set up was a snap. Bar mounts directly to bottom of TV and powered by HDMI. Highly recommend.

Insanely good!
Little update:After having the setup for a few weeks, my biggest issue is that the bluetooth connection takes a long time establish. This is only REALLY a problem when switching between audio modes for music and back for viewing shows. Movie mode has too much bass for music to be enjoyed and music mode lacks the full surround sound for movie immersion. It is here I wish it did have a simple remote with a toggle.Original:I "upgraded" to this 185w surround system from a 600w Samsung 2.1 soundbar from a couple years ago...I was skeptical, but the Atmos intrigued me and let me tell you... ZERO regrets in purchasing this 5.1.2 system. It sounded amazing out of the box and minimal fuss with settings thanks to modern eARC and CEC. I mean, wow...No physical remote, but I highly suggest getting the app (which IS the remote and visual EQ) to toggle between music and video mode - the difference is very noteworthy. Otherwise you just use the ARC or CEC of your TV/streamer to control the volume, power, mute.It came with everything need in the box as well, from rated HDMI cable to Velcro cable ties - which is quite nice.We tested with Spotify playing some tracks from the musical Wicked, I appreciated the isolated violins and cellos in the rear speakers. And watched Oppenheimer in HDR10+ with 7.1 Dolby Atmos (which processed to 5.1.2 for the Vizio.Considering that TV has become a regular recreation for my wife and I, the money is well spent and the device will see daily use. For a dollar a day... It's paid for itself by the end of the year!

Good sound but not the easiest to connect to Samsung TV
I’m upgrading from a 15 year old soundbar so literally anything will sound better but this does sound great. And it’s a lot less expensive than some other comparable systems BUT booking up to a Samsung proved less than easy for a novice. I had to do a fair amount of research to figure out that I had to enable the HDMI CEC (in general settings) in order to get the ARC port to connect. You can also connect via bluetooth but the sound quality is mind blowingly better with the HDMI cable. I’ll probably at some point upgrade to a TV with eARC but it’s pretty good as is.

Really Good Sound for the Money
Overall: It's a great sounding surround sound system that has some limitations, but if you're just looking for a really good audio system for your TV, look no further.Setup is easy enough, though it's mildly annoying you have to use the Vizio app and create an account. The app itself isn't even clear it's the remote app because they lump in a bunch of streaming content and ads. But once you get past that, the app does make adjusting the settings of the sound bar easy.It uses bluetooth for audio streaming, and only has one HDMI eArc port but honestly that's all I needed for my setup. The two satellite speakers have quite a responsive range. I'm sometimes surprised by just how clearly I can hear even the quietest of sounds in the shows I'm watching or games I'm playing to the point that I'm not sure if it's in the content, or if the sound is coming from inside my house.Good value for the money in an attractive package. The materials feel premium, and while it's not the most expansive on connectivity, if you just want to hook it up to a TV, this is a great choice.

Poor sound
The media could not be loaded. This sound bar to get good sound via optical connection my volume must be at minimum 64-70 volume levelI’ve tried many different ways but nothing works this is really sad to buy an expensive sound bar and that you have to run it 75% or more volume to get basic sound please HELP PLEASE this isn’t right the return date on electronics has already passed, but I need help from Amazon to address the issue on the port quality of the sound or from Vizio themselves
