WOD Floss Compression Band for Mobility and WOD Recovery Through Muscle Compression, Tack, and Flossing

With this and a few videos on the subject you're good to go. Years ago I wiped out an ankle doing something stupid! The doctors did a great job of bolting it back together. But after a long day the ankle often becomes very uncomfortable. Before I would normally put on my Bauerfeind but now the strap is my go to pain killer. I know that it will never stop hurting permanently but I'm amazed how a 2-3 minute wrap stops all pain and it last quite awhile. Repeat as required ;)

After struggling with an Achilles heel pain after doing some heavy lifting at Crossfit, I tried to alleviate with massage and other tools, but it wasn't until my trainer suggested the Voodoo band that I found it to be a remarkable tool. There is no real understanding of how this works, but it does. The compression is phenomenal and releases the blood flow into the inflamed area. If you have some discomforts after hard exercise, give it a try.

These arrived clean and they work. We tried a different band, which said it was hypoallergenic but was covered with that powder and smelled like latex. These are better.

Stays on better than any other floss bands advertised on Amazon. It does not slip off like other bands. Good price and a great band for its purpose.

I am a personal trainer and I teach classes on various methods of self-care for athletes and non-athletes (foam and lacrosse ball rolling, stretching, flossing, etc). Fitteroy brand floss is by far my favorite. It has just the right texture, if that makes sense--easy to wrap, and adheres to itself easily where other brands just slip off of people's bodies after being wrapped.

Simple and effective.I’ve had trouble with my mobility and this really help get all the things moving the right way again.Ps it help if you know how to use it.

Hamstring Problems?This is the perfect band for larger legs to really get some good compression on the leg.Well made, strong and quick delivery.I recommend.

Works as designed. It does have that latex/rubber smell, but you're going to get that with any band of this type.

Hopefully the seller contacts me but I received the package that looks like this today with a product that doesn't match the description and photos. Instead it looks discolored with patches that have rubbed off as if the material has been stored too long.
