Camera is good but imou service is bad I'm clam warranty but customer helpline number asking to sent the adapter via courier to imou service center mumbai to self money using to sent after sending the adapter the can forward to replacement clearly the service to cheap and bad solve problams😡

Best in budget
It is good in this price range. Only problem is about service.i had purchased one before 6 months. But it has recording problem. When I contacted the company, they said that they have no responsibility.Then I contacted Amazon team. I had made a lot of calls on this. Atlast I got refund through gift card and I returned the product.when I am going through the reviews,a lot of people are facing this recording problem.So please keep in mind that, it is a good product and only problem is about service. Again the same problem,the same recording problem.
