Simple to use. Having double Velcro straps allowed for secure attachment to knee. Once in place, no slippage-yet still able to bend and straighten. I bought it for knee surgery recovery. I’d first bought a flat one that I had to wrap around but it didn’t work well so I bought this one. It is excellent. Molded to fit a knee and wraps around the sides with elastic straps four good overall coverage. And is extra cold.

I love that this wraps around your knee, but it has material in it that only gives you a few minutes of relief. So you have to go refreeze it again for hours to get relief again. I was using cooler packs, the rectangle ones, and I wanted something more secure so I got this. It does make your knee feel good, so it's not expensive and you just have to know it only provides a few minutes of relief and then you have to refreeze it. But for being able to keep it in place, it's a great product.

I got this following total knee replacement surgery. It fits really well around the knee and aces the targeted area. It also freezes very quickly, making it easy to use it over and over throughout the day.

I have this knee pad and another style. This is now my backup in rotation. I don't like the elastic strap around the back of the knee. But it does the job for the top. I could return this but haven't decided yet if i will. But the other knee pad style i like more that goes around the back of knee.

Good fit. Hold the cold well. Helps with pain. I use the ice on my knee first while watching TV and then use heat on my knee. The thing I like best is it's not bulky and doesn't take a lot of space up in my freezer. I bought 2. Good price. Good buy.
