It’s working effectively with the hand fans l bought from Thailand when we went on vacation earlier this year, the original battery that came with the hand fans were not good so l had to replace them.

Great value for these batteries. The outside covering is made of think quality material. They fit perfectly in my flashlight and the flashlight stays bright for a lot longer than other batteries. Doesn’t take long to change and they stay charged. Overall performance of these batteries is top notch. I’m very happy with these.

I bought these batteries because they are advertised almost 3x the Ah but from day one these batteries have been terrible at holding a charge. Save your money and run far from these batterys

Just doesn't hold charge for long.

I measured the capacity of these batteries and they ranged from 1050 to 1150 mAH. That is typical for 18650 rechargeable batteries. The best capacities I've ever seen are in the 3200 mAH range (from Orbtronic). I doubt that 9900 mAh is possible. So as long as you don't expect exceptional capacity from a charge, these work fine in normal 18650 uses.
