Cute and pretty easy.
Came out great. I was confused in the beginning but realized there was a straw to manually blow balloon set. (Had to look it up on Amazon). The straw was clear so kindof difficult to locate after ripping balloon set open. We added a balloon arch to make our arrangement.

Halloween fun
Used these for a party and the kids all got to take one home. Blowing them up wasn’t difficult but getting the straw in the balloons was slightly difficult and we ruined two balloons by stabbing through. Take your time

Wouldn’t hold air, very cheap quality the tie holders kept ripping. Very disappointed that we were unable to use this for our daughters first birthday.
