Great looking but the functionality does not currently match the looks.
Good idea but perhaps realeased too early. Some of the App menus are in Chinese. The PC Access menus are also in Chinese but are accompanied with pictures. The instructions are not adequate and the interface is not really intuitive. Great looking device and very quiet but not being able to change the language is a drawback and needs to be fixed.

Good Concept--No working Directions
The CatDrive arrived as promised and looks of good quality ---- it was simple to hook up to router and fairly easy (took me a couple of times) to connect with the app...… after that there are no instructions or none that I can find.... I have figured out some of what I need but still working at it...… Would I recommend it --- not sure I would......

Awesome product
Does everything I need!Really enjoy the convenience of CatDrive. Easy to set up, the upload, download speed is really good. To access my files, I can use the mobile app or web client. Either way, it's all extremely simple to use! Also, it looks smart and sharp!

Died within 1st year and NO support
I have been reaching out to this company for days - no response. My CatDrive died within first year. I was an original backer on Indiegogo - you would think would care about their reputation, but apparently not as they won't respond to my inquires. If you need support or if you want a durable lasting product - this probably isn't it. I have had backup drives for years that are still functional.
