My family really enjoys fresh juice and all the benefits it has with it. Our last juicer worked decently but the prep work was so time consuming. With two very active teens, I need all the time I can get. I did some searching and came across this super powerful juicer made by the store GDOR. From what I could discern this seemed like it offered way more options than our last one. Many features stood out, but the fact you do not need to prep- you can put the fruit in whole. Now that I this home and have had the chance to use it- I can attest that this is a superior juicer and the end results are amazing. I've never had a juicer like this before. We've had just the manual lemon one where you squeeze, but having a full fledged juicer like this was never something we'd experienced before. With trying to be more healthy, we thought it might be great to have the ability to create our own juice. It also enables you to do all kinds of things even other than drinks, such as making popsicles.Having never used a juicer before, we didn't quite know what to expect. It's pretty amazing how it works though. We tried it first with some apples. We threw them in, and started pushing down the handle to get the process going. The juice came out the one end, and the remaining apple went into the other. It was pretty amazing. We then tried some carrots, some strawberries, and a few other veggies we had. It's pretty neat seeing this thing in action. I'm not sure how powerful a typical juicer is, but this thing plowed through every fruit or vegetable we threw at it.I love that it throws the remaining portions of the fruit/vegetables in another chute. It makes it easy to use that for other purposes, such as smoothies, fruit leather, etc. At $200, this does seem to be a priced pretty well in comparison to other brands out there. I'd never heard of GDOR before, and it seems they've been in the game for awhile. We're pretty happy with this, and didn't know what we were missing by not having a juicer.Seriously, go out and buy this. Even if you don't think you want or need a juicer. This will become your new best friend.
