UPDATE: The seller actually reached out to me some time after I posted my review citing the issues. Without any prompting, they offered a free replacement. There was no talk about changing my review or any kind of "reimbursement." They simply wanted to make things right. I accepted the free replacement and the new heating pad works as intended, happily. I'm very pleased with the customer service. They told me to let them know if I had any other issues in the future and basically wished me well. This was one of the most wholesome and transparent interactions with a seller I've had. I'm happy. I would definitely recommend them, as they back their products. The extra massage options alone are worth the money, but good customer support is worth its weight in gold, so to speak.I really wanted to love this. I desperately need it for abdominal muscle separation and swelling.However, I've been having issues with my heating pad not wanting to turn on. I follow the instructions for holding the heat/on button for two seconds and it either does nothing the backlight flickers faintly. Nothing else will turn the belt on. I fully charged it to try this.The battery amount comes on just fine. It's not an issue with the screen. It seems to be an issue with the button connection, possibly. It will very occasionally turn on and work, but there's no rhyme or reason to it.My husband thought that perhaps it had a cool down, but I would leave the pad sitting and charged full overnight then try it in the morning, and nothing. So, I believe mine is faulty. I'm incredibly disappointed. I even sought out technical help through Amazon's service to help figure this out.The pad part that lays against your body is very soft. I really like it. The padding seems solid, too. It sits comfortably against you.The heat is intense and very fast. It heats up incredibly quickly; it even surprised my husband when it was trying to test it. It get warm within several seconds. The first level of heat gets pretty high, at least for me. It's hot enough in the lowest setting that it causes my skin to get tingling and itchy through my shirt, even. It doesn't hurt or anything, but it's beyond sufficient for most people.The massage, on the other hand, is quite weak. It's also relegated to one side of the pad (the left side, for me). Even putting it on the most jarring and solid vibration setting (number 4, for me), it was pretty weak. The lower settings are almost non-existent.I'm really sad with this. I'm not sure if I should change purchasing another one to try. I really want this one to work, as it's perfect for what I want. It's very easy to use, charges quickly, and though it dies a little quickly, it lasts long enough for a good session.Updated information about the product: I forgot to mention initially, but this heating pad does have an automatic shut off feature in case you fall asleep. I can't recall the amount of time that needs to pass, but it is in the manual that comes with the product.

I use to use a heating pad that I would have to plug into a wall so having this is so portable and compact. Came in handy on my back during pregnancy and on my belly after birth. Also helped on my chest when my milk supply came in. The low heat setting is enough but happy to have different levels. Great vibrations and love the digital gauge. Overall great product.

Very useful. Gets very hot, which I like. Vibrations are varied, lots of choices of vibration style.

There isn't anything significantly wrong with the actual device, but the strap is not as big as it claims. First important note is if you are larger, then skip this one. The waist band is a stretchy elastic material and while it will stretch to fit, it's going to slide up and not work as well. And it will be uncomfortable for longer wear. The band needs to be like a foot longer so that it can be opened and loosened and not stretched as much for anyone bigger than a medium. Beyond the sizing issue...The device is ok, just not amazing. The various vibrations are ok but not that different from eachother. So that's disappointing a bit. The heat is hot. Like wear a shirt or have fabric between the device and your skin. It says to do that anyway. Even on lowest temp it is hot, not warm. It works. It does what it is supposed to. It just doesn't give me as much relief as I had hoped and is difficult to keep in position.For reference I am a 38" waist and around 49" hips. XL/16 ish in clothes. So not small but not extremely large. This should fit. It says up to 60". It should not be a struggle to keep in place.

This product is amazing!! Just got it today, it came with a 70 something charge so I have been wearing it since I got it. I have severe menstrual cycles, this has took the edge off. Not a fan of the vibration because it seems annoying but, the heat option is next level !!!

I have both endometriosis and adenomyosis and had recently gotten a LAP to remove it. That being said, my cramping was even more than it usually is and this heat pack really helps to combat and soothe from the surface. While I didn’t use the vibration, I used all three heat settings and can safely say this heat pad takes first place over all the ones I have tried. The battery lasted all day long and even had extra charge left by the time I took it off to go to bed. Since not many people have said much on the battery life, I took a log to maybe help others with their decision to buy this product or not.- Started at 6:53pm on 1st heat setting- Switched to setting 2 at 7:04pm- 8:53pm and battery is at 64% still; did turn off for auto turn off at 2 hour but was turned right back on to setting 2- 10:50pm and battery is at 40%- 11:42pm 34%- 11:53pm taken off at 32%

Gets super hot

It works so well. Warms up quickly. Easy to wear, from smaller waisted to plus size. The inside of the heating part has a soft material that is so nice to the touch. I highly recommend this device.
