Stens Air Filter 102-354 Compatible With/Replacement For Kawasaki 11013-7017

There might be old, recycled Chinese newspapers inside doing the filtering (joke) but at least it fits the 15HP engine on my 2003 DR Field and Brush Mower. Hard to tell if it is a significant downgrade from the Kawasaki air filter. I have used it since late spring now and occasionally take it out for inspection. It appears to be doing its job.The one store that stocks air filters that fit my 2003 DR engine is a 50 mile round trip on the other side of the mountains in a direction I rarely travel. For the other stores on my beaten path (still a long drive) it is a special order item. Not sure why I didn't think to try Amazon years ago. Can't beat Prime and 2 day delivery (a life saver when you live in the sticks).

I purchased this Stens air filter for my John Deere X304 lawn tractor. It is of equal quality as the original and the fit is perfect. I will definitely purchase this filter again.

I purchased this filter to go in the Kawasaki motor on my older Husqvarna riding mower (YTH1542XP, if you're curious). I received the mower as a hand-me-down, so I have no idea where the previous filter came from or what brand it was, but it was definitely dirty. This new filter seems to have fewer pleats than the old filter I took out. I don't think that is necessarily a problem, though. This new filter may reach the end of it's useful life a little sooner, I suppose. All-in-all, the new filter fits perfectly, and I'm happy with it.

I found this Stens paper filament filter on amazon for my John Deere X300 with Kawasaki engine. It fits, does the job, and is less expensive than purchasing one from the John Deere dealership. Shipment was in a timely manner.
