Really like these - made a difference to my hair, skin & nails are strong & I felt ‘happier’, I take these everyday & they are good value for money

Following a blood test with my GP I was advised of a vit D level of 26 nmol/L, which they classed as ‘normal’. I soon learnt that this is actually seriously low and should be considered deficient. It has been suggested that vitamin D levels be 100 nmol/L. So, I decided to be proactive and seek out a suitable amount of Vitamin D to take to raise my own levels to something more optimal. A report titled ‘Vitamin D and Health’ by SACN (2016) indicated 1000 UI supplement would raise my level to around 50 nmol/L, and so these capsules fit the bill. They are easy to swallow, and good value.Vitamin D3 helps the immune system and I’d also come down with chickenpox (at 44 yrs!!) so I wanted better levels to cope with this stress on my body.

Amazon should change the description. It is advertised as chewable but the on the bottle it says soft gel. My mistake for not looking at the picture before buying.

Great! The bottle lasts ages and they are perfect strength. Wouldn't buy any cheaper versions as the amazing impact of these has helped keep me sane and happy this winter. Thank you

I was recommended these by my GP actually as a potential silver bullet for my erectile dysfunction problems. Being ginger I rarely step outside to reap the benefits of the giant ball of flame in the sky so he surmised that I may be low on vitamin D. I’ve almost finished the bottle now and as far as my main problem is concerned, sadly no change. The little guy is as disinterest as ever, but at least now the sun shines out my a***

Excellent because it has no taste or smell, it is swallowed without difficulty because the pills are small and oval-shaped.

I took 4 per day for a few months until my levels were at 55 (minimum is 30 in american scale), then I've been taking 2 per day to keep my level stable at 55 and it works like a charm. I am an autoimmune patient with celiac and hashimotos.
