Tulip1.25oz 3D Paint Glow Natural

fairly easy to apply and does glow in the dark but only if you apply a very large coat which remains tacky and might begin to peel

It glows alright. It isn't exactly glowing like a chemical glow stick would, but there is a soft and visible glow that I was expecting and hoping for.

Used for making little glow jars, works well!

Works well on cloths and washes well too.
