A comfortable chair, that looks great and is easy to keep clean. I weigh about 155 lbs (5'8") and the chair fits me well. The heater works well, and the vibration function vibrates.

I spend more hours a day in an office chair than I want. This chair has exceeded all if my expectations. Comfortable, soft, works so well, absolutely love it. Now able to relax, enjoy, and be toasty warm with ease! The price is amazing for the great quality.

very easy to assemble, and comfortable. I work from home and sit it this every day it is great. The heating feature is so nice in the winter and the massage feature works well for an office chair but could be better. Overall great though.

The arms don’t adjust and are too low for anyone to sit comfortably. The “recline” feature does not lock in the upright position and always leans back. No under thigh adjustments; back adjustments are limited. Would not recommend if you are looking for a chair that actually adjusts and has the right features.

I’m updating my review and changing my rating because their customer service is fantastic. I didn’t even have to call them, they reached out to me and offered me options even though my issues weren’t even that major. 10/10, would buy from them again in the future.The height isn’t adjustable on mine for some reason. The lever is there but it does nothing. So I’m stuck at one height. The seat cushion is very hard so I had to buy an additional seat cushion to go on it. Also what is everyone else doing with all these cords hanging down from it? Are they supposed to be tucked in somewhere? The cords are difficult to maneuver around without getting caught in the roller and unplugging it from the chair… that can’t be right

Got this as a gift for my mom- might have to get one for myself now! Really comfy- though could use some lumbar support. The seat is firm, but cushioned. The "massage" is just a basic vibration, you can have 3 modes (pulse, constant, or variable) and can have it vibrate the seat, lumbar, and upper back all separately. The heating takes a minute to warm up, but it's not so long that it's a problem, and the heat is very pleasant and consistent. The microfiber is surprisingly soft, and the hydraulics for the up and down and the recline as very smooth. The seat was VERY easy to put together with very basic instructions.
