I can't stop telling people about grounding mats. I like this one because it has the testers to make sure it's working. Pain level went from 9/10 daily to 0/1 daily and I have to NEVER sleep better in my entire life. Highly recommend. Even the cats like to lay on it. I just lay my bare feet on it when I sleep.

I had been having calf and ankle cramps. First night with this. They were 90% better. Weeks later I went camping without it and immediately had cramps again. So this thing definitely works. Explanation is that being grounded lowers your blood viscosity. So you have better blood flow when grounded. It also reduces inflammation. Only complaint is it moves around and scrunches up a bit. My wife sometimes ends up under it. And the backside isn’t grounded. We keep it low on the bed under our legs.

The tester they give you light up even when the Matt is not plugged in and hasn't been for many days. I notice no difference in my sleep or next day feeling refreshed. Been using for weeks and I'm giving up, doesn't do anything. The company offered me a full refund but said I had to do it through Amazon. When I try that, Amazon says no way, you can't do that here. So I still have a product that didn't help me in any way and a company that won't issue a refund they offered.

Loved the feel of the mat. I just wish that it had snaps or buckles on the straps to make it easier to fit on heavy mattresses. I used it after surgery and I really think it helped.

I tried the grounding mat for about a week. I still couldn't sleep at night. Quality is good but functionality was not working for me. I have trouble sleeping. It is easy to use. I didn't have any pain.

My son and his girlfriend used it the first night and they were very impressed. They both had a good night’s rest and woke up feeling better. They are going to put mine on my bed for me and hopefully I will be able to sleep and feel rested when I wake up.

For me I definitely notice sleeping better. My tossing and turning has greatly reduced. Maybe a slight improvement on the aches and pains when getting up In the morning. Worth a shot! I put one on my kids bed and ours. The research seems legit so I’ll stick with it. Been using it for about 3-4wks.
