Packaging overkill in my opinion. It’s a pretty box, but the fabric ribbon seems misplaced. Still, it’s definitely a great value for a decent plate holder.

It was exactly as described, fitting perfectly on my Ohio state license plate. The dimensions and edge lengths are accurate, ensuring a precise and secure fit without any issues. I’m really impressed with how well it matches and complements the plate.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I got a new vehicle recently, and began searching for accessories not long after. I knew I'd want a new frame for my license plate, so that was one of the first things I searched. I found one I liked, ordered it, received it some time later, and still had to wait almost a week before my actual plate arrived. That was when I learned that my vehicle has only 2 screw holes to secure the rear tag. That was also when I realized that the frame I'd ordered had 4 holes for the tag. Of course only half would be used and in some cases there's no visible difference. For the frames I'd received, however, the bottom 2 holes were going to be visibly devoid of screws and I didn't like that at all, so I started looking for a 2-hole frame instead. That's how I found this "2 Pack Black License Plate Frame, Black Aluminum License Plate Cover, Matte License Plate Front and Rear 2 Packs. (2 Holes), Come with Screw Cap, Screw,Washer" which I then ordered.This is a pretty basic pair of tag frames. The frames are aluminum (but feel like plastic) and have a matte black finish, and because they have only the top 2 holes for mounting, I see no reason they wouldn't work with most cars. I love that these also come with little covers for the screws, making the finished product much more polished looking. The one drawback? Well, the bottom part of the frame is very slim and does allow full visibility of the tag, but in my personal case, the frame also allows you to see the visible holes pre-drilled into the license plate (which are not used by this frame). So I have a fully framed tag on my car attached with only the top 2 screws, but the bottom 2 screw holes in the plate are visible (and show the color of the car through the holes). Yes, it's super nitpicky to criticize that, but hey. I didn't know that was a factor until I got it and installed it. Now I know. And now you know as well.This is a pair of these tag frames and they're only $9.98 as I type this review. Really, I can't NOT recommend these as long as the bottom 2 holes in your tag aren't an issue for you the way they are for me. They're inexpensive, simple, practical, and nicely made. Over all, a decent product at a really affordable price.

This black aluminum frame has a wonderful sleek, minimal design and I thought it was exactly what I was looking for. On both my rear and front license plates there are are only two mounting holes available, and each frame in this set of two has only 2 holes - so far so good.However the edge which is not fastened does not cover the holes drilled in a 4-hole license plate. A 4-hole frame typically has plugs to use with the free holes, which will cover the holes in the plate. Instead we now have raw holes sticking our from the thin frame edge. We'll need to go back to conventional 4-hole frames.
