Very well explained
A nice book about yoga. The author did a great job. She explained Patanjali Yogasutra.....Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana, Dharana, Samadhi. The effect of yoga on our mental well-being. How yoga is necessary for the modern society. Amazing read. I would recommend this book.
