Balloon writing faulty
The blow up “happy Halloween” balloons were unusable. There was no way to inflate them, must’ve been a fault. Everything else int he bundle is fantastic.

This set of Halloween decorations is enough to kit out a decent sized room ready for a spooky night.The material is of a good quality.I looked for information to see if they are fully recyclable but couldn't seems to find any but I'm guessing at least the cardboard parts are.
