There's a definite Coastal sunday drive kind of vibe to these santa cruz flips, which feature frayed canvas straps that share the same dna as our santa cruz loafers. They make for a great everyday flip that can hang at the pool or the beach but also won't look out of place at happy hour or any casual weekend outing.

Best Flip Flops for Me
I ordered a pair of Reef sandals (Reef Slammed Rover ASIN B00VINUIEG) which did not fit correctly because 1) there was too much space above the toes and not enough space behind the heels and 2) they caused discomfort in my right, but not my left, foot. I was disappointed and decided to try these Crocs.Wow! These are much more comfortable and fit *my feet* perfectly, with the same amount of space between the toes and front of the sandal as their is between the heel and the back. I say *my feet* because if my stubby-ish toes were any longer, they probably wouldn't fit as good, and may require a larger size. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 shoe and ordered size 9 in these.I love that they're waterproof, which was a must for me in a flip-flop.The only potential con, if it's important to you, is the lack of arch support. The Reef's I tried offer much more in that area.5 stars for me. Very happy I took a chance on these, my first pair of Crocs.

Very very comfy!
I wear a 10 1/2 and I got and 11...Their just a tad to long and I possibly should have got a 10. These will work as another brand I got was a 10 and they are same size as these 11's, so I can handle it. I just wondered if I had gotten a 10 if the strap across foot would have been tighter? I have Neuropathy in my feet and that wouldn't help. The sole in these flops is incredible! The inside sole is a medium softness, letting your foot sink just enough...and it bounces back when you take them off. The bottom sole that its glued to is also some sort of rubber like(It's not) a little harder but not to hard so as to keep it flexible and support the inner/upper sole. They are not heavy but because mine are a little longer than my feet (about a good 2 1/2 inches) they feel a little bulky. I will order a size 10 next and update this review. Sandals is all i wear now for 6 years and this foot bed is the best Iv'e put my feet in for sensitive feet...

Very nice looking casual sandal, very comfy for plantas fasciitis
This is a nice looking casual sandal that doesn't scream "Croscs!!!" (Depending on how you feel about Crocs - there seems to be a bit of a backlash against them since they were so popular a few years ago, and the styling on some of the classic Crocs was a bit over the top.)But these are just a good looking casual sandal, period. And they are very comfortable - the cushioning is very good but still firm enough that you don't feel like you are walking on a marshmallow.I developed plantar fasciitis a year ago and the road to recovery is long. These are great for that - we have hardwood floors which aggravated the pain in my heal so I wear these indoors. I bought another pair of these in a different color for outdoors.(The Crocs Reviva sandals are even better for plantar fasciitis with more cushioning but they are a bit clunky to walk in given the cushioning plus the straps on those stretches out kind of quickly. The Santa Cruz sandals are not quite as soft but easier to walk in. I would recommend getting the Revivas for the first 3 - 6 months after developing plantar fasciitis then graduate to the Santa Cruzes after it gets better.)I will be buying a few more pairs of the Santa Cruz sandals for stockpiling in case Crocs decides to discontinue them - they are that good.

Ahhhh, the Crocs comfort I expect
I had to replace first my beloved broken Crocs and the thoroughly disappointing Reviva flip-flop and loved the look of these. The first time I popped these onto my feet it was the comfort I expect from Crocs. Not perfect but pretty doggone close. I'm not a big flip-flop wearer but had worn out my previous Crocs with all day/every day wearing for 6 months. I loved the look of these; kind of like a cool 'island' flip-flop but not sloppy looking. In terms of comfort, aesthetics and wearability these don't disappoint. You can wear these to the beach, of course, but going out to dinner in a cool summery outfit, whether shorts or jeans, you look cool but not too casual. These versatile flip-flops can fit any occasion. I look forward to many years of happy wearing.

Soooo comfortable!
I purchased these flips for my husband after having a pair similar to them myself (women's style). He's VERY particular about his shoes and scoffed at them being Crocs brand, but I told him to trust me. The fit is perfect (he's a half size and I went up to the next whole size), and he hasn't taken them off since they came in! We live in SW Florida, so sandals are pretty much the standard footwear for us year round. He has simply raved about the comfort of these shoes. He used to be loyal to Skechers brand, but lately they've fallen apart really quickly. He said these Crocs FAR surpass the quality and comfort of his previous Skechers -- which says a LOT! I'll be ordering a 2nd pair next month for him!!!

LOVE these
I don't care for traditional Crocs, but I'm on my second pair of these Crocs flops! They're super light, have a ton of cushion, and handle well in wet conditions.I only wear shoes if I MUST, so my flops get a lot of use. I really like super light flops like a Sanuk Fraid Not, but I have lower back issues so I would wear heavier flops with a heal support like a Reef Fanning when I needed to do a lot of walking. These Crocs are really the best of both worlds for me. They wear out faster than the Reefs, but they're also cheaper. They're so comfy I don't mind buying a fresh pair every year.

Best Men's Flip Flop - Period.
For me, these flip flops are the best for daily wear. They provide decent arch support and yet have the classic Croc cushioned sole. The straps are tightly joined to the sole, and there is no discomfort between the toes or over the instep. The pair I had lasted a good 4-5 years of weekend wear. I wear a 9D, and these are _exactly_ a 9 - there is very little space between the ends of my foot and the edge of the sole. Works for me, but some might want to kick it up a size. My wife is on a seemingly endless search for the perfect flip flop - her closet is chock-full of her pairs that didn't make the grade. I suggested she try these on, just to get a sense of the feel. Had they been the right size for her, I don't think I would have gotten them back. I'm getting her a pair of her own.
