I bought this for my great granddaughter who is 6. She loved it! The concept is really pretty cool. It was easy to put the gems in her hair and they stayed in through swimming and over several days. The only complaint I have is that the unit is small and it took me a while to get the gem ring in. I was concerned about pulling the piece of plastic and breaking it off. All in all it was a hit.

The device doesn’t work. It is clumsy to use, the disc doesn’t rotate to expose the next gem, and it only attaches the gem occasionally. The gems can be applied by hand . Buy the gems only, forget the applicator.

Kind of awkward to use at first esp if not put together correctly. Instructions are not clear. Went to youtube.com. Granddaughter loves them!!

My pre-teen is a little fashionista perfect gift. Easy to use and stays put.

Used these to do hair for my nieces for a Unicorn Festival! It worked just as it said and the stones didn’t fall out all day in the heat and bouncy houses. They did come out easily when we wanted them to and didn’t leave residue.
